The 8-day training/certification program was conducted in Penang, Malaysia, consisting of two (2) modules/courses on Server Advancement and Storage Foundation in line with Phil-Data’s being a Dell Service Provider (DSP).

Having achieved certifications on both ESF Level 1 and Level 2, Phil-Data is able to carry out full-warranty support for DELL’s entire range of Enterprise equipment for both onsite labor and parts replacements. Thus, Phil-Data assures its customers a high level of service that allows them to focus on growing their business.
