CoreWorx System Support Administrator
Job Description
- Provide project support for setup and configuration of CoreWorx (POL)
- Maintain the CoreWorx global template
- Develop appropriate training materials and best practice documentation
- Train office level and (as required) project level application specialists
- Where required, assist with office application specialists support, project setup and configuration or special project modifications
- Provide remote support
- Act as a liaison between local/regional users
- Assist in liaison with software supplier/vendors
- Monitor and assist with management of CoreWorx related help tickets
- Actively promotes use of CoreWorx, providing demonstrations and presentations to stakeholders as required.
- Participate in software testing and change management
- Develop test plans and scripts
- Test and approve software and other changes.
- Maintains the servers associated with the COREWORX System Application.
- Uploads SSRS reports from the Development team
- Maintains the space on the database associated with the COREWORX
- System Application (Tablespace Monitoring) using Toad for Oracle and SQL
- Management Studio
- Create, Modify and Removed database objects
- Create / modify script to automate repetitive processes
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Any IT/Engineering/Computer Related Field
- Must have background in Coreworx
- Must be willing to work on a nightshift
- Can Start ASAP.
