CoreWorx System Support Administrator

Job Description

  • Provide project support for setup and configuration of CoreWorx (POL)
  • Maintain the CoreWorx global template
  • Develop appropriate training materials and best practice documentation
  • Train office level and (as required) project level application specialists
  • Where required, assist with office application specialists support, project setup and configuration or special project modifications
  • Provide remote support
  • Act as a liaison between local/regional users
  • Assist in liaison with software supplier/vendors
  • Monitor and assist with management of CoreWorx related help tickets
  • Actively promotes use of CoreWorx, providing demonstrations and presentations to stakeholders as required.
  • Participate in software testing and change management
  • Develop test plans and scripts
  • Test and approve software and other changes.
  • Maintains the servers associated with the COREWORX System Application.
  • Uploads SSRS reports from the Development team
  • Maintains the space on the database associated with the COREWORX
  • System Application (Tablespace Monitoring) using Toad for Oracle and SQL
  • Management Studio
  • Create, Modify and Removed database objects
  • Create / modify script to automate repetitive processes

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Any IT/Engineering/Computer Related Field
  • Must have background in Coreworx
  • Must be willing to work on a nightshift
  • Can Start ASAP.
  • Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
