Key Account Manager

Generate sales of company services across industries. Establish and maintains effective business relationships with customers. Sells and services new and existing accounts. Performs sales and service functions for targeted markets, programs and sale of additional coverage.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Generate upsell sales of company services across industries.
  • Establish and maintains effective business relationships with customers.
  • Coordinate customer’s issues and concerns with other departments.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Coordinate with Help Desk regarding service contract visits.
  • Ensure that collection is made within the payment term.
  • Ensure renewal of contracts
  • Prepares, processes, reviews and monitors various documents such as premiums, coverage of risk, policies, renewals, claims, applications, changes, endorsements, contracts, etc.
  • Prepares and presents proposals, quotes and recommends coverage based on customer needs and sales of appropriate coverage.
  • Assists customer and arranges payment terms in accordance with established guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • A least 2 years’ experience in Sales (Services)
  • Preferably FEMALE
